Happy Birthday Mother Mole!

It was a snowing day in littletown, and mother mole was making breakfast for her children, Aaron and Hazel. 

“Mother mole, mother mole!” They shouted

“Is breakfast ready?”

“Yes, let me just grab it,”

“ thank you mother mole! This is good!” Said Aaron , his mouth full.

“ yes,”Said hazel, “I love chocolate!

“Good morning!” Said father mole, as he came into the dining room.

“Today is a big day!” Said mother mole, excitedly

“Yes,” said father mole,”we need to get the firewood! Will you get it, mother mole?”

“I cannot believe they forgot my birthday!” Said mother mole, as she left the house.

“I had been telling them again and again, ‘tomorrow is my birthday!’ But did they remember?” She paused, “No!”

“Where is the firewood anyway?” She thought 

Soon after that, a big pile of snow fell on her head. “This is the worst birthday ever!” She declared

“I’m going home!” She said

When she got home, she found a suprise waiting for her.

“Suprise! Happy birthday, mother mole!” Everyone shouted

“What did you like the most?” Said father mole when the party started

“ I loved that everyone was together celebrating! I don’t even care about my birthday, I care about spending with the people I love!”

“ now let’s go celebrate!”
