Ice Skating!

Image
It was a snowy day in Littletown, and Mr. Wooley   was putting away his groceries when, “Dad, dad!” Shrieked Lina and her friend, Melinda who was spending the day with the family. “What?” Asked Mr. Wooley  “We want to go ice skating!” Said Lina “Well okay,” he replied. So they started off! “Well, that took a while!” Said Lina when they got there. The girls took off their shoes and put on their ice skates. “Wow, you’re good!” Said Lina, when they got on the ice “You too!” Said Melinda. “ hello girls,” said Mr. Wooley, “ May I join you?” Wow guys, you’re good! Oh no! I guess not that good! “Dad are you okay?”  “ yes I’m fine.”  Ahh! The ice got really slippery!  After an hour of ice skating, they went home. Time for hot chocolate! Hopefully you guys liked this post! I feel like this post was like a winter “The Wooley’s Go Wild!” and I loved that post.(go check it out if you haven’t) I’ll definitely do a Christmas post so don’t worry. How to: make an egg

Image
Hi guys! I’m back after almost two months! I haven’t posted as much because of COVID and school, but now I hope to be posting more regularly. (Also I took some parts of this tutorial from My Sylvianian Paradise, so if this seems familiar that’s why.)   What you’ll need: glue, ( I found that clear glue works most efficiently but white works pretty well too.) orange clay and tinfoil. First, you make little orange yolks. I made six, any amount is okay. Then you set them on the tinfoil and put them in the oven. While the yolks are baking, make the whites with the glue, by putting little circles on the other tinfoil. When the yolks are out of the oven, you can put them on the whites. After around four hours, check if they are dry. If so, gently peel them off tinfoil.  Hopefully, this DIY helped. I really love these eggs. Thank you to My Sylvianian Paradise for inspiration. You should totally check out her blog. I will be posting a new DIY in the next week, so look out for that too....

Popcorn Halloween Costume

Image
Hi guys I’m back again with another DIY. It’s for a DIY Halloween costume! I hope you’re excited because this could get spooky! Let’s start off with this piece of paper. You’ll need a pencil a yellow marker a red marker scissors and tape. First cut up two pieces of paper that look kind of rectangular like this. Then draw a red circle in the middle. Then do alternating red and yellow lines down the paper. When you’re done you can write whatever you want in the in the circle. I did popcorn but you could also do “pop pop” or something like that. Then get out your other rectangle. You can do different shades of yellow for the dots which are popcorn. I personally used a Crayon. Like this. Lovely! Then tape the ends together like this! I think that Sydney likes her new Halloween costume! -Isla👻
