The Villagers of Littletown

Hello everyone! The flowers in my backyard are finally blooming so I thought I’d do a post about them with the Shepards, the Grazings cousins. So enjoy! Emily Shepard walked outside of cottage and looked around. It was a lovely day for breakfast outside so she called out her children, “Poppy, Masie! Come outside it’s so nice!” The kids played on the rocks while Emily set up the blanket. “Mama, can we make some tea from the flowers on the big tree? You’ve made it before and it was really yummy.”  “ that’s a good idea Poppy, I’ll go get ready.” “I’ll be just a minute!” It was a short but beautiful walk. The flowers were really starting to bloom. “Alright girls stay close and don’t fall behind, it’s a long climb.” “Girls what did a just tell you?”  “Sorry mama! Hello everyone, it’s been awhile! I’ve finally had time - and energy - to post. I had a ton of fun taking these photos and I hope you enjoy the story! :) “Where were you two?!” Ms. Hopscotch asked, “you’ve been gone for an hour, I was starting to get worried!” “Well,” said Gracie, “it’s a long story” “Me and Lizzy went to the forest for an adventure,” “We came across this very good tree and recorded to climb it” “It was the perfect tree, the bark made a nice ladder” “Once we made it up to the top (which was very tall) we looked around” “Unfortunately, I lost my balance and started to fall twoards the ground really fast” “But I landed on halfway down on a branch of pine needles, which by the way, aren’t as soft as the look.” “Lizzy climbed down to join me and she was very worried.
